I am a contemporary oil painter who captures the beauty in life’s quiet, everyday moments. By looking beyond the obvious, I translate ordinary experiences into visual stories through what I see and how I feel in a way that feels honest and real.

My art draws inspiration from the great masters of art history, including Gustav Klimt’s boundless imagination, John Singer Sargent’s technical precision, and Edouard Vuillard’s sense of color harmony. My most profound influence comes from growing up in a family of artists, where creativity shaped my approach to painting.

I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and drawing from the University of Utah where I explored different media, but my passion remains oil painting.

 

Oil painting gives me the space to slow down and respond to the world around me. I like to create work that feels honest and personal, and that others can connect with in their own way. Through simple moments, I hope to share something real.
